About Me
I’ve spent my career working with product teams across startups, service organizations, and established companies. My background is hands-on: building products, shaping teams, and helping organizations create environments where product, design, and engineering can do great work together, and produce the products that drive value to the business.I’ve seen what happens when teams have clarity, trust, and the space to solve meaningful problems — and I’ve seen what happens when those conditions aren’t in place. Much of my work focuses on helping leaders and their teams create those conditions intentionally. Clear priorities. Strong collaboration. Real ownership. Steady progress. Outcomes driven, and achieved!My approach is straightforward. I meet teams where they are, understand how decisions are currently made, and work with them to build better habits and ways of working. It’s not about process for the sake of process. Or implementing frameworks without a deep understanding of the environment, competencies, capabilities, and goals. It’s about supporting teams so they can deliver outcomes they’re proud of and that matter to the business.The work is ultimately about people — giving them the clarity, context, and support they need to build products that serve customers well within the context, constraints, and goals of the organization.
